Return & Refund Policy

At L’Arte in Miniatura di Salvatore Pollicino, we craft and ship handmade miniature materials with care and attention. Please read our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@arteinminiatura.it with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the damage or incorrect items to info@arteinminiatura.it.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their handmade nature and the fragility of the materials, returns are not accepted for:

• opened adhesives, grout, or finishing products
• custom or personalized orders
