Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or Italian public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping to the United States
We ship to the United States via DHL Express or FedEx International.

- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $35
- Express Shipping via DHL (3–5 business days): $45

Tracking information is provided for all international orders.

Customs & Duties
For Express Shipping (DHL), we ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) 
basis — all import duties and taxes are paid in advance. No additional 
charges will be due upon delivery.

For Standard Shipping, customs duties may apply upon arrival and are 
the responsibility of the buyer.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or 
carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated
